Dubai World Africa is renovating the comorian luxury Galawa 5 fives star Hotel since January. First of all the amount of the renovation was than 70 millions of dollars. Dubai World has given 2,5 millions of dollars for building roads between – Moroni the federal capital and the galawa hotel. At least the construction will cost 200 millions of dollars for construction.

Dubai World Comoros Limited and the Union of Comoros Government had a great idea to sustain tourism development, what about others economics sectors?
According to this collaborative partnership – “In addition to foreign contractors, local entrepreneurs will participate in the project ensuring that the local economy benefits from the development of the new beach resort right from the very start of its construction. The project is to be divided in two phases, the first phase entails the completion of a 114 rooms hotel and 13 luxury bungalows. The first phase will begin imminently with the demolition of the former hotel structure. Completion is scheduled for early 2010.”
By the way, it will the chance to local entrepreneurs, I mean anyone who invests in Comoros to be part of the project by offering full range of services such as Voip service, payment solutions, taxis services, foods. Dubai world Comoros will probably focus on its core of business. All others services will be brought by partners.
